Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a slow, atmospheric adventure that trusts you to wander. You guide a tiny lantern-bearer through ruins and forests, solving light-based puzzles and uncovering fragments of a story told almost entirely without words. It's the kind of game you play with headphones on.

Movement is a virtual stick with a single interact button, and it stays out of the way. The puzzles lean on observation rather than reflexes, so it plays fine in short bursts. I never felt rushed or blocked by anything unfair.

Because much of it is dim and calm, it's easy on the battery, and the settings let you dial brightness and effects to taste. A good one for winding down.
