Emberfall Legacy

Emberfall Legacy is the rare mobile RPG that respects your time. Battles are turn-based but move quickly, and you can queue actions so a fight doesn't drag. The story about a fading kingdom actually kept me tapping 'next' instead of skipping, which almost never happens for me.

Building your party is where it shines. Each character has a small skill tree, and the game lets you respec cheaply, so experimenting never feels punishing. Touch targeting is precise even in crowded fights. There's an auto-battle toggle for the easy encounters, and I'm glad it exists.

Battery use climbs during longer story chapters because of the animated backgrounds, but the settings menu has a battery-saver mode that noticeably helps. On a two-hour session it stayed comfortable once I switched that on.
